A CARDIGAN driver has been fined £660 and his licence endorsed for failing to insure his car.
Gareth George Allerton, of Maesglas, Cardigan, found the case against him proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
The 42-year-old was found guilty of using a VW Passat without insurance at Maesglas on November 18 last year.
As well as the fine, Allerton was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge, while his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
