A PENCADER driver must pay more than £300 after causing an obstruction with her car.
Rachel Taylor Joce, of Maescader, Pencader, found the case against her proved under the single justice system at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court of causing an obstruction at a junction Ynys Las, Llwynhendy, Llanelli, on January 11. Pedestrians were also unable to pass on the pavement.
The 36-year-old was fined £220, along with £85 prosecution costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
