Well-being packs included newsletters, leaflets, important contact details, information letters, quizzes, puzzles, easy exercises, health and wellbeing resources, craft materials, music CD, reminiscence photographs, newspapers, hand cream, stress ball, calming art and colouring pencils, all in a cotton bag.
More than 800 have been distributed across the county.
