Local slaughterhouses are clean and well-regulated says a reader
Interesting reading with regards to CCTV in abattoirs (October Wales Farmer).
There seems to be a bias that all plants are mistreating animals. Is there a hidden agenda here to reduce meat consumption and pile more costs onto our dwindling small rural abattoirs?
Mrs Janet Finch Saunders needs to visit a local slaughterhouse to see how clean and well regulated these businesses really are.
Sniping from the sidelines is viewed by people who work and depend on such places as cheap and unwelcome.
