Aldi recently announced that Kevin the Carrot, the star of the supermarket’s last 6 Christmas adverts would be getting his own range of plush toys.

On the Aldi website, it stated ‘Kevin and friends’ would be created in soft toy format.

Marcus Rashford, who voices Marcus Radishford gave us a sneak peak on Twitter of the characters that will be brought to life in the new range.

Not only is there Kevin the Carrot, but co-star of the 2021 advert, Ebanana Scrooge. Other characters being brought to toy life include Marcus Radishford himself and more familiar faces from the advert.

According to the Aldi website, the range will be available in stores and online on Thursday, November 25th.

The famous carrot who has taken centre stage in Aldi’s Christmas campaigns the last 6 years was rumoured to be missing for this year’s ad.

Before posting a teaser to the advert which did not include Kevin, Aldi posted on its website: "We know you’re excited about getting a first look at Kevin for 2021 but we’ve not seen him or his family since Christmas 2020.

"If he gets in touch, we’ll let you know. Until then, we’ve put together Kevin’s best bits over the years. So many great adventures."

After days of speculation, the full advert release confirmed that Kevin would be returning, guiding Ebanana Scrooge through the real meaning of Christmas.

Kevin the Carrot and Friends plush toys will be available in stores and online from Thursday, November 25 and are limited to 2 per customer.
