A group of young farmers are planning a charity tractor run through six north Powys villages in the run-up to Christmas.
To raise cash for mental health charity The DPJ Foundation and life skills confidence and training charity The Game Change Project – the Aberhafesp Young Farmers Club is set to hold a tractor run on Friday, December 9.
The route and approximate times
- Aberhafesp - 7pm
- Caersws - 7.20pm
- Llanwnog - 7.30pm
- Bwlch-y-ffridd - 7.50pm
- Tregynon - 8.10pm
- Bettws Cedewain -8.30pm
Everyone is welcome along to watch the tractors set off from Aberhafesp Community Centre at 7pm before heading to Caersws, Tregynon and Bettws Cedewain.
The Game Change Project, which is based near Aberhafesp, said: "We’re thrilled Aberhafesp YFC will be donating any money raised from their upcoming Illuminated Tractor Run to us and The DPJ Foundation.
"Do come out to watch and perhaps throw some pennies into the buckets that will be en-route.
"We can’t tell you how much we appreciate everyone’s help and generosity."
